Balloon Party

Happy Birthday to You!  Yes, I have been creating a lot of birthday cards lately.  To create this bold, bright,  balloon filled beauty (Yes, I'm a first grade teacher - ha), I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch, my favorite brights card stock scraps, It's My Party designer series paper, washi, and enamel dots, white baker's twine (it was putzy to tie that around each balloon, but sooo worth it, don't you think?), and the Happy Birthday from the Number of Years set.

I have my end of March and April cards made and ready to mail.  Just think, if you got as many cards in the mail or in person as you do posts on Facebook or texts!  WOW!  You sure would know how many people cared about you.
So friends, like Stampin' Up! has encouraged demonstrators, I'm encouraging you to #imbringingbirthdaysback!

  1. Loved the idea of this balloon party. The card you made is very pretty. Thanks a lot for this fantastic post. We have been looking for affordable party venues in NYC for birthday bash of our twins. Hopefully will find one good venue soon.
