Cool Treats

I made this card for my middle son's birthday.  Believe it or not, he does not like cake!  But, ice cream is a big birthday hit!  I used COOL TREATS PHOTOPOLYMER BUNDLE to stamp and cut this sweet treat for my boy.   I cut the back at 5 1/2' x 4 1/4" in Pear Pizzazz. Don't yo love the coordinating paper, TASTY TREATS SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER? It is cut at 5 1/4" x4".  The Peekaboo Peach pair is 3" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"  add the ice cream bowl, scoops and spoon on top of a Whisper White Mini Doily (The other side is Very Vanilla) and my card was ready!

Petal Burst

The next best thing to real succulents is this SUCCULENT GARDEN DESIGNER SERIES PAPER!  It took all I had to take this paper to the paper cutter. But I was very pleased with the card.  I stamped flower from the  CRAZY ABOUT YOU PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET (This set is loaded with words!) and used the FLOWER MEDALLION PUNCH on MINT MACARON 8-1/2" X 11" YARDSTICK.  You can find this and other product at www.kris.stampinup.net

Papillon Potpourri Butterflies

Think Spring!  Think Pink! or Let me take the thinking out of this card for you.  Cut a piece of Very Vanilla to 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2" to fold.  Then use a 4" x 5 1/4" of Blushing Bride for a pop of pink.  The 3" x 3 3/4" Very Vanilla is accented with PLAYFUL PALETTE DESIGNER WASHI TAPE.  I used Sweet Sugarplum ink to stamp the floral Butterfly PAPILLON POTPOURRI CLEAR-MOUNT STAMP SET  and punched out one butterfly for some #D dimension with the ELEGANT BUTTERFLY PUNCH.

Everyday Hero

Name the top ten super heros...  Did someone in your life make the list?  If they didn't then you need this set to tell them they made YOURS!  I used the EVERYDAY HERO PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET to make my mom her card (It is WOW, upside down).  I cut CRUSHED CURRY 8-1/2" X 11"  and REAL RED 8-1/2" X 11"   into 1 1/2"x 4" Strips and PUMPKIN PIE 8-1/2" X 11"  into 3" x 4" strip.  The PUMPKIN PIE 8-1/2" X 11"  is embossed with the SPARKLE TEXTURED IMPRESSIONS EMBOSSING folder.  Don't forget the Circle FRAMELITS DIES to stamp your super hero in.  Fly off to my site to order yours today: www.kris.stampinup.net

Bold Butterfly

This weekend I pulled out a few stamp sets that I haven't used in a while.  You see, I have spring fever already and it is too early to go out and play in the garden.  Start with a piece of 3 3/4" x 5" Very Vanilla.  Use the honey comb stamp from BUTTERFLY BASICS CLEAR-MOUNT STAMP SET stamped in 

TIP TOP TAUPE CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD  and the ferns in WILD WASABI CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD.  It is hard to see but I used the woodgrain looking stamp from TIMELESS TEXTURES CLEAR-MOUNT STAMP SET with SOFT SKY CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD  and the little circle from BUTTERFLY BASICS CLEAR-MOUNT STAMP SET  is stamped with SOFT SUEDE CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD.  I stamped the LAYERING CIRCLE FRAMELITS DIES with the same things.  After I got down stamping I went to the BIG SHOT and embossed with BRICK WALL TEXTURED IMPRESSIONS EMBOSSING FOLDER.  Place the printed side down for the wall to "stick out".

The butterfly is from WATERCOLOR WINGS PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET and stamped in SOFT SKY CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD  and  TIP TOP TAUPE CLASSIC STAMPIN' PAD ( I stamped off the outside of the wings.) and used the BOLD BUTTERFLY FRAMELITS DIES to cut the butterfly out.

Deboss your Happy
