Come fly away with me and this cute stamp set, Flying Home before all of them fly off the Stampin' Up! retiring shelf.  For this card I layered the base of the card with some Dapper Denim paper embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder , a swirl fromSwirly Scribbles Thinlits, and the Stitched Framelits.

Wild About Flowers

Truth?  I was surprised to see this stamp set on the retiring list.  Paired with the Stamparatous it is so easy to line up the flowers with the stems.  I was even able to move the plates down two spaces and create the bouquet look on this card.  I used Perfect Plum paper and ink to show you how much you need to stock up on the paper and the ink refill for your collection because this color is retiring.  Take sometime to add fantastic retiring products to your shopping cart at www.kris.stampinup.net

Colorful Seasons

Since it seems like spring is never going to arrive in MN, I used Colorful Seasons to force it!  This card was made after I saw a card my friend Tee made.  The branch tree is attached to a piece of Whisper White paper while the flowers are over the top on vellum.  The thank you sentiment is also stamped on the vellum in versa mark and copper heat embossing powder.  Get your supplies for this card at www.kris.stampinup.net

Waterfront Mountains

About a month ago my niece was married up in the mountains.  This is a card I made after I got home from my trip to Colorado.  I used the Waterfront Stamp Set to create the mountains and then added the "snow" to the top mountains with Shimmery White Embossing Paste.  Come and create with me at www.kris.stampinup.net

Dragonfly Dreams With Brusho

The dragonfly is my favorite for so many reasons.  On this card the stamp set Dragonfly Dreams flies away on a base of water color paper colored with Brusho Watercolor Crystals.  If you haven't created with this product, let me help you.  There are five primary colors so the combinations are endless.  For this card I spritzed the paper with water first and then tapped the dry crystals directly onto the paper.  I sprinted more water until I got the desired look.  

The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Label Me Pretty Bundle.  This bundle comes with a stamp set and a punch.
