Jars of Love Filled with Fireflies

Fireworks and Fireflies!  Happy 4th of July!  I created this card for my Jars of Love class that I did last week.  I used the floral stamp , included in the set, to create the background and burlap ribbon  to give the card some texture.  I captured my fireflies but forgot to add the lid so some of the fireflies escaped.  The sentiment is, "You light up my life"  Prefect for my BFF.

Jars of Love (Catching a Fairy)

Happy Summer!  Some people catch fireflies and put them in a jar and some people create fairy gardens.  Me?  I do both but then I use the Jars of Love set and combine it with Fairy Celebration and catch a fairy to put in a jar!  Don't worry I will let her out when you come to create with me!  To purchase these amazing sets go to www.kris.stampinup.net

Jars of Love (Helping Me Grow)

Have you fallen in love with the Stamping' Up! Jars of Love stamp set and coordinating thinilits?  I have!  I paired the set up with the terrific background stamp, Writing Notes and the beautiful flower stamp, Helping Me Grow.  I used the frameilt to cut out a jar on the very vanilla paper and stamped a jar on whisper white and placed it on the back.  The flowers just stamped right over the top.  If  you need any of these products, visit my site www.kris.stampinup.net

Blooming' Heart

Love is in the air this summer.  At least for me it is!  In just a few days I will celebrate 22 years of marriage to a terrific man.  He has loved me unconditionally throughout the years.  For this I am grateful and truly Blessed.  I better get hopping on that anniversary card!  Any suggestions on your favorite stamp sets to use?

For this card I wanted to stay with all white.  I used the hearts embossing folder, ribbon, and pearls to add dimension.  The Bloomin' Heart was a breeze to cut out because I used the precision  plate with my Big Shot.
